Rosemary camphor essential oil calms muscular pain such as cramps or contractures and has circulatory properties.

 

Instruction For Use

Massage:

The topical application through skin massage treats cramps.

In case of cramps, pour 1 drop in a tablespoon(15mL) of vegetable oil. Then rub the painful area.

Bath:

To calm muscular pain, pour 10 drops of rosemary camphor essential oil and a tablespoon(15mL) of vegetable oil in warm bath water.
