Payment

Parisine online website accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card - AMEX / Mastercard / Visa

AlipayHK / WechatPay / UnionPay / FPS

For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

Return and Refund policy

No refunds including delivery fee will be accepted.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment proceeded.

Parisine allows for returns and exchanges of products purchased from Parisine online website under the following conditions: 
       -  Products are damaged caused by delivery process; or
       -  Products with defects

All returned products requests must be reported to Customer Service (info@parisine.com) within 5 business days from the receipt day, and along with a photo of the products.


The return products must be returned within 7 business days after the returned requests are being accepted, and the follow up call by Customer Service. It must be properly packaged and returned to the specified address, damaged products will not be eligible for an exchange.

The return products must be unopened and in its original purchase condition. Any products which believed to be opened or used are not acceptable for returns.

The return products are subject to our inspection after returned to Parisine.

The delivery fee with the return of the products from online orders will not be covered by Parisine.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Parisine shall be fill and final.
