Delivery fee

Parisine offers complimentary delivery on orders upon net spending HK$500.

There is HK$50 delivery charge for orders below HK$500.

Delivery lead time and schedule

• The delivery takes 5 to 7 business days upon confirmation of payment.
• The delivery may take additional time during public holidays, and unpredictable extreme weather conditions.
• Delivery is available on weekdays only. No delivery service on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery address

Delivery areas:

• Standard delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kolwoon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. For remote areas in Hong Kong below, it may take additional 2 to 3 business days.

Remote areas:

Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island.

• O Box can not be used as delivery address.
• An order will be delivered to one address that provided by customer in order placement only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Change of shipping address

• Any changes for the address shall be arranged and contacted with SF Express Customer Service team directly. Any expenses incurred will not be covered by Parisine.
• If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly for further arrangements. If delivery cannot be reached many times, your order may be cancelled and not refunded.
