The following terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern your use and access of Parisine’s website (“our site”). Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using our site. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein on behalf of yourself and others who use our site under your account. If you do not agree the Terms of Use, do not access or otherwise use our site.

As long as you comply with the Terms of Use, Parisine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our site.

Our site is provided by Parisine on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Parisine makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our site or the accuracy of the information included on our site. You expressly agree that your use of our site is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by law, Parisine hereby excludes any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied and it makes no warranty that the goods ordered through our site will meet your requirements. Whilst Parisine has no reason to believe that any information contained on our site is inaccurate, Parisine does not warrant its accuracy, adequacy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, nor does it undertake to update the information. Details on our site have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Hong Kong SAR”) and may not comply with the laws of any other country. You must ensure that if you do not reside In Hong Kong SAR that your access to our site is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you and you may only order any goods through our site if permitted by the laws applicable to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Parisine, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), harmless from and against any and all demands, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and court fees as incurred in any way arising from, related to or in connection with your use of our site, your violation of the Terms of Use or the posting or transmission of any material by you. You shall not, without the prior written consent of the Indemnified Parties, settle or compromise any claim, or permit a default or consent to the entry of any judgment in respect thereof, unless the unconditional terms of such settlement, compromise, or consent include an unconditional release by the claimant to the Indemnified Parties of all liability in connection with such claim. The Indemnified Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with the Indemnified Parties in the defense of such matter.
Violation of The Terms of Use
Parisine may disclose any information it has about you (including your identity) if it determines that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of our site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Parisine’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of our site, including Parisine’s customers. Parisine reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that Parisine deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Parisine also may disclose your information when Parisine determines that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.
You agree that Parisine may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to our site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance or material modification of our site or any service offered on or through our site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems.
If Parisine does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of the Terms of Use, Parisine will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable legal fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Parisine. You agree that Parisine will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to our site as a result of any violation of the Terms of Use.
Copyright, License and site access
Copyright in our site (including text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings, picture, software and other files, its look and feel) is owned, controlled or licensed by Parisine and AAM Group, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Parisine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license only to access and make personal use of our site in the manner permitted by Parisine for your personal and non-commercial use only (the “License”). It does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, copy, use, distribute, transmit, republish, sell, resell or exploit, for any purpose, any portion of our site, except with express written consent of Parisine. This License does not include any resale or commercial use of our site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of our site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Our site or any portion of our site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Parisine. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Parisine and its associates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other ":hidden text": utilizing Parisine's name or Parisine's trademarks without the express written consent of Parisine.
Any unauthorized use terminates the License granted by Parisine. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Parisine so long as the link does not portray Parisine, its’ business partners and associates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Parisine logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Parisine.
Trademarks
You must not use Parisine's and business partnership company’s trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not form part of Parisine's business or in a manner that may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to the public or disparages or discredits Parisine, its products or services or our site. Except where otherwise specified, any word or device to which is attached the ™ or ® symbol is a registered trademark. Following is a list of Parisine's current Registered Trademarks: Parisine™.
No licence for the use of the aforesaid trademarks is granted to you under the Terms of Use by your use of our site. Unauthorised use of the aforesaid marks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
Your membership account
Parisine undertakes to comply with the terms of its Privacy and security policy posted on our site under the heading “Policies”. By agreeing and adhering to the Terms of Use, you also confirm that you understand Parisine’s Privacy and security policy. If you use our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Parisine. Parisine and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. The disclaimers set out in the Terms of Use will nevertheless survive such termination.
Product Images and Colour Swatches
All Product Images including colour of the product on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Parisine does not warrant that the image on our site will correspond exactly to the item you will receive.
Product descriptions
Parisine and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Parisine does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Site policies, modification, and severability
By your use of our site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Parisine's policies including Parisine's Shipping and Returns policy, posted on our site under the heading “Policies”. These policies also govern your visit our site. Parisine reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and the Terms of Use at any time.
Parisine’s failure to enforce the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect our right later to enforce the Terms of Use. Where you breach the Terms of Use, Parisine would still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in any other situation. If Parisine waives any of its rights on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will be automatically waived on any other occasion. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.
Governing law
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in Hong Kong SAR. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Rights of third parties
Save for Parisine and any of its subsidiary, affiliates and all employees, officers, agents and representatives, no other person who is not a party to the Terms of Use has any right under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term and/or enjoy the benefit of the Terms of Use.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail.
