Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. You are required to pay a 50% deposit when placing the order. The remaining 50% must be fully paid at the Parisine store in Hong Kong or through the designated electronic payment methods provided by the Parisine French Fragrance Wedding Specialist no later than 45 days before the wedding date.
  2. If the order is confirmed less than 45 days before the wedding date, full payment is required immediately. Once payment is confirmed, requests for refunds or changes to the wedding date will not be accepted.
  3. All payments will be processed through WINNER SKY HOLDINGS LIMITED,
    AROMATIC AIR MANAGEMENT LIMITED, or their affiliated third-party payment platforms. Please note that the name of the receiving company is not limited to the aforementioned companies. Customers may encounter various payment methodsor bank accounts based on the current payment systems and partnerships.
Terms & Conditions

I. Order

  1. Upon placing order with Parisine, you are deemed to have expressly agreed on all the terms and conditions herein.
  2. Order cannot be cancelled or transferred once it has been placed. No refund, return or exchange is allowed, including the deposit.
  3. The fragrance gift packaging, essential oils, design, fragrances, and scent varieties in the order package can only be changed once before production is confirmed. No changes will be accepted once production has been confirmed.
  4. The wedding date can only be postponed once, and no further changes can be made after the postponement is confirmed. The postponement request must be submitted at least 45 days before the original wedding date, and the new date must be within 365 days from the original wedding date. The details for customizing the fragrance gift packaging in the order package must be finalized in person at the Parisine store in Hong Kong or communicated to the Parisine French Fragrance Wedding Specialist no later than 45 days before the wedding date, including choices such as essential oils, design, packaging, fragrances, and scent varieties. If final decisions are not made in person or communicated by 45 days prior to the wedding date, the company will proceed with production according to internal standard designs without further notice. Additionally,
    the fragrance gift packaging, including the greeting card design and the color of the Parisine satin gift bag, must be confirmed at least 45 days before the wedding date. In the case of factory closures during Lunar New Year, Labor Day, or National Day, confirmation must be made at least 75 days in advance.   5. If the order is not fully paid at least 45 days before the original wedding date, it will be considered automatically canceled without further notice, and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
  6. If the wedding banquet location is an outdoor venue, you must provide a tent of no less than 3 x 3 meters for the on-site use of the French perfume bar.
  7. The service time for the diffusers included or rented with the French perfume bar package will be the same as the service time for the perfume bar event.

II. Delivery

  1. If the actual implementation of the plan exceeds the scheduled number of participants or time arrangements, our company will charge additional fees, which will be determined at our sole discretion.
  2. Our company will not provide installation or delivery services outside of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. The service area does not include the following locations: Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, and other islands within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as determined by our company from time to time. Details must be consulted with the Parisine French Fragrance Wedding Specialist.

III. Disclaimers

  1. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government actions, or
    unusual social events, our company will make every effort to implement the content of the program. However, we shall not be liable for any failure to meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. You acknowledge the fact that certain individuals may be allergic to essential oils or fragrance. You agree, understand and confirm that it is your responsibility to ascertainwhether the diffusers, essential oils or fragrance used in the plan may cause harm to any persons present. No liability whatsoever shall be claimed
    against our company, our directorsofficers and agents as a result of any death or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with the use of thediffusers, essential oils or fragrance of our company.
  3. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions.
  4. I agree that Parisine reserves the final right to interpret all the terms and conditions as stated herein.
